yet, I think in business we must return an email or a phone message within 24 hours - or at least 48 hours

I cannot believe how many people owe my call backs - it is just amazing to me

they taught us to design our workday by the sundown rule

get back to your customer, co worker etc by sundown even if the response is one that states I haven’t gotten to you yet

why don’t business do this anymore?
